Globally, 23 million people are registered as volunteers to donate stem cells. Greece is at the bottom of the ranking with less than 30,000 volunteers.
The hotline of the General Secretariat for Gender Equality received 12,500 calls from women who have been victims of violence in the last two and a half years and up until September 2013 alone.
