Greek President Prokopis Pavlopoulos is on a visit to Russia and met with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin at his residence in Novo-Ogarevo near Moscow.

The Greek Prime Minister has a busy programme of meetings during the first major event for 2016, namely his visit to the Swiss winter resort of Davos (21-24 January), where the World Economic Forum will take place.
